Reducing Drooms FLEX user licenses

Your Drooms FLEX data room includes a minimum of 10 user licenses by default. If you have added more user licenses to it you can cancel unused ones again, but not beyond the mandatory minimum number of 10, and only if there is a minimum of 0.3 GB of unused storage left per user license you would like to cancel.

To reduce your user licenses, proceed as follows:
  1. Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link 'FLEX account' at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab 'Account', or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
  1. The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
  1. If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room for which you want to cancel user licenses. The tile shows how many user licenses and storage spacde you are currently paying for, and how many of the user licenses are not used, yet, as well as how much free storage is left.
     
  1. Click on 'Customise users' to open the modal dialog for decreasing the number of available user licenses.
Please note that the modal dialog will not let you reduce the number of user licenses beyond the number of invited users, or beyond the used storage space of 0.3 GB per user. There must be 0.3 GB of free storage space still left for each user license you want to cancel.
If you want to reduce the number of user licenses beyond the current limits, you may have to reduce the used storage by deleting documents, and/or may have to uninvite, i.e. delete some users first.
  1. After entering the new overall intended number of user licenses, click on 'Apply' to add the new user licenses to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the check-out. Your shopping cart will summarise the details and show you the reduced future monthly subscription rate.

  2. After confirming the reduction during check-out, the available user licenses and the available storge space will both be immediately reduced.
Please note that we will not refund cancelled user licenses for the remainder of the currently running monthly billing period.
