A data room archive is basically a copy of your data room on a USB stick, including the different reports, if wanted.
Sign in to your Drooms FLEX account and open the 'Account' page. Click
on ‘More’ in the respective Drooms FLEX data room tile and select
‘Request data room archive’. An order form will let you specify the number and details of the archives you need.
Please do not forget to grant access to the user “Administrator, Drooms” to be found in the group 'Administrators’ in your data room, otherwise Drooms will not be able to create the archives.
The archives are normally created within 12 to 24 hours
and handed over to our logistics partner responsible for their timely
delivery.
No, data room archives can only be ordered if the data room is active or cancelled.
