Requesting contract termination

Requesting contract termination

When a Drooms TRANSACTION, Portfolio, or LIFECYCLE project is not needed anymore, administrators can request to terminate the related contract with Drooms online in the project settings section. Drooms FLEX projects can only be terminated via the project owner's Drooms web shop account.

To terminate the contract related to your project proceed as follows:
  1. After signing in to Drooms, select the desired project. Then select the 'project settings' section with a click onto the 'gear wheel' icon in the left main navigation menu to open the project settings.
  1. Under 'Data room archive and status' at 'Contract termination' either a red button 'Terminate' will be shown, if it has been internally linked by Drooms to a specific contract, or a button 'Contact Support', if Drooms has not linked it to a specific contract, yet.

  1. If the red 'Terminate' button is shown, click on it to open the 'Terminate contract' dialog form.

  1. Select, if the contract should be terminate at the earliest possible date (i.e., the end of the currently running recurring billing period), or select another possible date, complete the phone number country selection and entry field, and click on 'Submit'. Your contract termination request will be processed correspondingly.
  1. If the 'Contact Support' button is shown instead of the red 'Terminate' button, you can click on the 'Contact Support' button to open the 'Contact Support' dialog form in the right-hand Help panel.

  1. Enter an appropriate subject and a corresponding message to inform our Customer Success team about your request and click on 'Send'. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to process your request.
Please request required data room archives in time before the data room is closed and the project is finally terminated.
