Drooms Invitation and User Account Setup

Every user invited to a Drooms project will receive an e-mail invitation titled 'You have been invited to a Drooms data room!', sent from noreply.notifications@drooms.com.

For first-time users not yet registered with Drooms, the e-mail will include a link to the Drooms user Account  Setup page. It is not possible to use Drooms without a user account.
  1. Click on 'Activate your account' in the e-mail, or use the corresponding link stated, to open the Drooms account setup page.     
       
  1. First, set and confirm your personal password for accessing the Drooms platform. Please note our minimum requirements for setting  a strong password. When done, click on 'Continue'. By doing so, you also agree to the Drooms Terms and Conditions of Use, and that you have read the Drooms Privacy Policy.

       
  1. Secondly, enter your first name, last name, and business phone number, before clicking again 'Continue'.
        
  1. Thirdly, add specific business info about you and your company, before again clicking on 'Continue':
    1. Company name
    2. Company industry
    3. Company size
    4. Country
    5. Role (your professional role)
       
  1. Fourthly, let us know, if you want to opt in to be kept in the loop about Drooms product updates, exclusive opportunities, VIP events, industry insights and special deals, or not, before again clicking on 'Continue'.
         
  1.  Finally, you may upload a profile picture, before clicking on 'Continue'. If you do not want to upload a profile picture, click on 'Skip for now'.
        
  1. After your successful account setup, click on 'Access your data room' to be redirected to the Drooms sign-in page (https://web.drooms.com), to sign in and access the project you have been invited to using your e-mail address and chosen password.

You can sign in via SSO (Single-Sign-On), if you belong to a customer domain, for which this sign-in method has been enabled.

For using Drooms the following system and network requirements apply:
  1. Up-to-date versions of Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome *
  2. Internet access via ‘http’ and ‘https’ must be allowed
  3. The domain ‘*.drooms.com’ and any subdomains ** must be accessible
  4. Downloads, JavaScript and cookies must be allowed
  5. WebSocket over TLS (‘wss’) must be allowed
* Other browsers, respectively older browser versions, are not supported, i.e. functionality of Drooms is not guaranteed
** drooms-api.drooms.com, sign-in.drooms.com, shop.drooms.com, storage-de-api.drooms.com, updates.drooms.com, web.drooms.com, onboarding.drooms.com
