Q&A - asking questions

Q&A - asking questions


Key steps:


1.       click on the small Q in the document on the right side (or in the Q&A on "Add").

2.       select "Create question" and type in your question

3.       mark the relevant area in the document and set the priority

4.       click on "Send" to publish the question in the Q&A

5.       check the question In the Q&A under "Your tasks".

6.       the next step "Selection" can forward, edit or reject the question as gatekeeper and thus decides which questions should be sent to the answer side.


Precautionary measures:

·       Clearly mark the relevant area in the document.

Tips for efficiency:

·       Use the "Batch Upload" function to upload multiple questions at once as a draft.
