Resending invitations

Resending invitations

Sometimes invited users do not react immediately, or oversee and miss an invitation. If you want to remind them, that they now can access your project, you can resend the invitations. Invited users, who did not sign in to your project, yet, are marked with a yellow dot in the list with groups and users. You can also filter for them to resend invitations per batch.

To resend invitations, proceed as follows:
  1. Select 'Users' in the navigation menu on the left to access the Users section. A list with user groups will be displayed. You can expand the groups to view the group members.

  1. Select the user or users that you want to invite again with a right-click to open the context menu and select option 'Invite'. A modal dialog 'Send invite' will open, listing the e-mail addresses of the users you selected before that will be invited again.
  1. In the dialog, you can add other already existing users with their e-mail addresses, or remove some again, and also select the invitation languages, if needed. When ready, click on 'Send' and the users will be invited to your project again.
Alternatively, with a double-click onto a user, you can also open the 'User Details' overview for the user. If the user has not entered your project, yet, a button 'Resend invitation' at the bottom allows you to resend an invitation to the user.
