The messaging feature allows to select one or more users or groups, including the Administrators group, and send them messages directly from within your project by e-mail, which are documented in the Messaging history.
To send messages, proceed as follows:
- Select
'Users' in the navigation menu on the left to access the Users section.
A list with user groups will be displayed. You can expand the groups to
view the group members.
- Select
one or more users or groups with
a right-click to open the context
menu, and select option 'Send email'. A modal dialog 'Send email' will
open.
- You may remove e-mail addresses again, or add further ones, but only of users active in your project. It is not possible to send messages to users, who are not invited and have not entered your data room.
- Enter the subject and the message itself, then click on 'Send'.
