Using the AI Assistant

The Drooms AI Assistant is a chatbot specially trained by Drooms for retrieving all kind of information documents present in a data room may contain. It allows to enter any kind of query about documents, answers and summarises them, highlights risks, explains complex terms while overcoming language barriers by responding in the user’s language, regardless of the document’s language.

To start the AI Assistant, proceed as follows:
  1. Start Drooms and sign in, then select the project and data room with the document(s) that you want to retrieve information and data from.
  1. Select in the index on the left one or more documents (up to 20) and either:

  1. Depending on the complexity of your query and the overall size of the selected document(s), the AI Assistant will start to answer your query instantly, but may take a few seconds to finish. The AI Assistant will always reference its responses to correspondingly highlighted text findings in the selected document(s), and link to each in the chat response for detail review.

Please note furthermore:
  1. Newly uploaded documents must be first processed, before the AI Assistant can look into them.
  2. Your queries, respectively chats are stored in the AI Assistant panel with AI-generated titles based on query history (click on the top left back arrow), and can be copied and shared via the Drooms Chat or other platforms.
  3. Documents you have already queried the AI Assistant about, are indicated correspondingly in the index, allowing you to access the respective chat directly.
  4. Multi-document chats display the number of included documents.
  5. New documents cannot be added to existing chats. To include them, select the old and the new ones (up to 20) and start a new chat and query.
  6. You can upvote or downvote responses, providing feedback for AI improvement.
  7. You can delete chats and will soon have the ability to also rename them.
