Requesting Drooms FLEX data room archives

To request Drooms FLEX data room archives in form of USB sticks, proceed as follows:
  1. Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link 'FLEX account' at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab 'Account', or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
  1. The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
  1. If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you want to request archives for and there click on 'More' to open a drop-down menu with several options.

  1. Select the option 'Request data room archive' to open the 'Data Room Archive' order form and then enter and fill in all needed information and fields.
  1. Schedule the archive creation by selecting a suitable future date at 'Date of data room archive creation'. It is not possible to create archives for past dates.
  2. Enter the exact delivery address. You may also add several further delivery addresses, and can define for each, how many archives with particular characteristics should be sent there.

  4. Select, if the archives should be created from the administrators' point of view (full view), or from a particular group's point of view (subject to permissions).
  5. Select the report(s) to be included for Q&A and other activities.
  6. Select the number of archives you need. A minimum order of two archives is required, but these can be split up onto two different delivery addresses, if needed.
  7. Select, if either only you should receive the archive password email, or all other administrators, too.
  8. Select, whether a Declaration of Identity certificate issued by Drooms should be included, or not. It certifies that the archive's content matches the data room content available for the specifically selected group at the date of the archive creation, based on permissions.
  9. Kindly give us some feedback about how likely it is that you would recommend Drooms to a colleague or friend, and add some comment, or select 'No comment'.
  10. If you need more time, you can save your order form to continue working on it later.
  1. After confirming that you are authorised to order the archives, you can click on 'Add to cart'. The Account page will be shown again, displaying your archive order in the order summary in your shopping cart.
  1. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to finalise your order, check your order, billing details, and payment method before finally clicking on 'Confirm and pay'.
  1. Once the payment succeeds, the Drooms Customer Service will receive your request and will hand over the ordered archives within minimum 1 working day to our logistics partner responsible for delivery.
Please make sure that the data room access of user 'Administrator, Drooms' is not blocked, otherwise grant access. Without this access, Drooms cannot create the requested archives.
Please note that data room archives can only be ordered as long as the data room is active or canceled, but not after the data room has been closed.
