Inviting Users

Inviting Users

If you have not invited users directly when creating a group or when adding them, you can invite the users any time later.

To invite users, proceed as follows:

  1. After signing in to Drooms, select the project and data room, to which you want to invite users.
  1. Select 'Users' in the project's and data room's tab bar to access the users section. A list with user groups will be displayed. You can expand the groups to view the group members. Users not having been invited yet, are marked with an empty yellow circle.

  1. Select either the users or even several groups with users that you want to invite with a right-click to open the context menu and select option 'Invite'. A modal dialog 'Send invite' will open, listing the e-mail addresses of all those users that have not been invited, yet.

  1. You may still add further users with their e-mail addresses, or remove some again, and also select the invitation languages, if needed. When ready, click on 'Send' and the users will be invited to your project.
Info
Alternatively, with a double-click onto a user, you can also open the 'User Details' overview for the user. If the user has not been invited to your project, yet, a button 'Send invitation' at the bottom allows you to send an invitation to the user. In this case you can also select the invitation language(s) before sending the invitation.
