Booking data room training
To order a Drooms data room training, proceed as follows:
- Either visit our website www.drooms.com to click on the link 'FLEX account' at the top right, sign in to the Drooms Shop with your Drooms credentials, and finally switch to the tab 'Account', or simply open in your browser the following page: shop.drooms.com/account and sign in.
- The account page lists all the data rooms you either own (Drooms FREE, Drooms FLEX), or are the designated main contact and first administrator of (Drooms TRANSACTION, Drooms LIFECYCLE).
- If you have more than one data room, look for the tile with your Drooms FLEX data room that you wish to have your training in and there click on 'More' to open a drop-down menu with several options.
- Select the option 'Book data room training' to open the 'Data Room Training' order form and then enter and fill in all needed information and fields, including the topics you are interested in.
- After confirming that you are authorised to order the data room training, you can click on 'Add to cart'. The Account page will be shown again, displaying your data room training order in the order summary in your shopping cart.
- Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to finalise your order, check your order, billing details, and payment method before finally clicking on 'Confirm and pay'. Once the payment succeeds, the Drooms Customer Service will receive your request and will contact you about the planned training.
